1.3. By accessing, using, registering, contributing, creating campaigns, or interacting with DonationLoop.com in any capacity, users (Campaign Owners, Donors, Supporters, and Visitors) explicitly agree to accept and comply with the terms stated herein.


2. Nature of Transactions

2.1. All financial contributions made through DonationLoop.com are treated as voluntary donations, payments, sponsorships, or financial support extended solely at the discretion of the donor.

2.2. DonationLoop.com does not force, influence, manipulate, or guarantee contributions, nor does it function as a financial investment marketplace, lending institution, banking entity, or profit-sharing environment.

2.3. Since contributions are intended for empowerment, support, and goodwill, refunds are not encouraged except under specific exceptional scenarios as defined within this policy.


3. Campaign Cancellation

3.1. A Campaign Owner may request cancellation of their campaign under the following conditions:

  • The campaign has not yet received any donation.

  • The campaign is under review and not yet published.

  • The campaign violates DonationLoop.com’s legal guidelines or platform policies.

  • The campaign is detected as fraudulent, duplicated, misleading, or non-compliant.

3.2. DonationLoop.com reserves the autonomous right to suspend, pause, hide, or permanently cancel any campaign if:

  • Fraudulence or misrepresentation is detected.

  • False documentation or identity conflict arises.

  • The purpose violates ethics, law, or platform guidelines.

  • Complaints or donor disputes are found authentic or actionable.

3.3. Once a campaign is cancelled, further donations cannot be received, processed, or displayed publicly.


4. Refund Eligibility Framework

Refund requests may only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:

4.1. Unauthorized Transaction
If a donation was made without the explicit knowledge, permission, or consent of the registered account holder.

4.2. Technical or Payment Gateway Error
If an accidental double charge, processing duplication, incorrect debit, or failure in payment settlement occurs.

4.3. Fraudulent Campaign Confirmation
If a campaign is later proven fraudulent, misleading, or misappropriated as confirmed through legal, administrative, or compliance verification.

4.4. Legal Requirement Compliance
Refunds may be executed when mandated by government authorities, cyber-fraud departments, court orders, or regulatory enforcement bodies.


5. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • Reason for refund request

7. Payment Gateway and Settlement Terms

7.1. Refunds can only be processed through the same payment method originally used for the contribution.

7.2. Processing fees, gateway charges, taxes, GST, compliance deductions, conversion fees, and handling charges may be non-refundable depending on provider policies.
